We invite our community to participate and learn as we offer special topics to deepen our practice and expand our knowledge. Often space is limited so we encourage you to reserve your place early to guarantee participation.
Yoga Alliance Registered Teachers, many of these workshops will count towards CEU requirements.

Restorative yoga is a practice focused on deep rest and healing. It uses props to fully support the body, allowing complete relaxation without muscular effort.
Key techniques include:
• Meticulous prop setup.
• Alignment & symmetry to promote balance & ease.
• Extended holds, support deep physiological shifts.
• Mindful observation of sensations, emotions, & thoughts.
• Breath awareness.
The practice is not passive; it is an art of intentional rest.
Students learn to set up postures with precision, adapt them to individual needs, and create safe environments for profound relaxation and healing.
