We invite our community to participate and learn as we offer special topics to deepen our practice and expand our knowledge. Often space is limited so we encourage you to reserve your place early to guarantee participation.
Yoga Alliance Registered Teachers, many of these workshops will count towards CEU requirements.
These series will, encourage individuals to revitalize their yoga practice as winter transitions into spring. These series highlight the opportunity to refresh one's routine after the stillness of winter, promoting both physical and mental renewal. They invite practitioners to reconnect with the foundational elements of yoga, to restore balance and energy, while embracing the changes and vitality of the new season.
To kick off the "Re" Series we will have an Open House on March 10.

Each 4-class series is $40 or you can combine 2 for $72. Contact us for discount.
