Founder of Crossties Yoga LLC
After practicing yoga for more than 3 years. Danna enrolled in Yahweh Yoga’s teacher training and received her 200-hour certification in November, 2010. She is proud to bring Yahweh Christian Yoga to the Texas Panhandle and welcomes all to her classes.
In March, 2017 Danna began hosting Yahweh Yoga Teacher Training at Crossties.
(Yoga Alliance accredited RYT200 program)
Danna is also available for private instruction, workshops, series or as an addition to any Christian Retreat.
She can also lead classes for your next fundraiser.
Kristie began practicing yoga in 2013, hoping to gain energy, strength and flexibility. She decided to deepen her knowledge of yoga when the first Yahweh Yoga Teacher Training was hosted here in Canyon and received her RYT-200 certification in 2018. She is passionate about health and wellness, and yoga is a perfect addition. She teaches hatha yoga on Thursday at 10:00am. All ages and levels of experience are welcome!
Meet Rynn! (they/them)
Rynn is a 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher and Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy Clinical Facilitator with over 12 years of experience working with children and adults in West Texas. Clients love Rynn’s tender-hearted, “come as you are” approach to navigating life’s challenges with curiosity, compassion, and humor. In addition to teaching yoga at Amarillo College, Rynn volunteers as a pregnancy & infant loss grief facilitator for The Hope & Healing Place and is a Troop Leader with Girl Scouts of Texas Oklahoma Plains. Rynn specializes in somatic yoga and expressive arts for pain care, mental health support (trauma, depression, anxiety, grief/loss), prenatal/postpartum transitions, and LGBTQIA+ support.
Tara's mission is to bring natural healing through breath work and movement, while building physical and mental strength.

Shannon is a passionate yoga teacher dedicated to helping others find balance, relaxation, and connection—both on and off the mat. Specializing in Rest and Restore flows, Shannon creates nurturing practices that promote deep relaxation and renewal. With a deep love for community, the outdoors, and time spent with family, Shannon integrates mindfulness and nature into her teaching. Offering both private and group sessions, she strives to make yoga accessible and meaningful for everyone, creating a welcoming space for growth, healing, and inner peace.
Becky graduated from the first Yahweh Yoga Teacher Training hosted in Canyon and received her RYT-200 certification in 2018. She is passionate about the accessibility of Chair Yoga and welcomes all ages and levels of experience to the Chair Yoga series.
