We invite our community to participate and learn as we offer special topics to deepen our practice and expand our knowledge. Often space is limited so we encourage you to reserve your place early to guarantee participation. 


Yoga Alliance Registered Teachers, many of these workshops will count towards CEU requirements.


On-Demand Subscription Includes

Yoga Practice Videos: Videos to practice in your own space, on your own schedule.

Contains multiple Faith Flow and Gentle Flow videos, as well as rotating bonus videos to keep your practice fun and engaging.


Scripture-Based Guided Meditations: Invite serenity and focus into your day with our guided audio meditations, each rooted in Scripture. Let God’s word guide you into moments of stillness and reflection.


Quarterly subscription = $45 (April 1-June 30, July 1-Sept. 30, Oct. 1-Dec. 31)

Yearly subscription = $150

Intro to Yoga

A beginner level yoga series, designed to give you the confidence to attend our weekly yoga classes or continue with the on-demand class option. We will focus on all the basics you need to create a consistent practice.


You will receive email support and encouragement each Tuesday and Thursday as well as a new video lesson to practice. 


There are 5-instructional videos, 2-support videos, and 3-bonus class videos.

Glow in the dark yoga flow (beginner friendly). 

The studio will be bathed in black light and we will provide skin safe glow in the dark  crayons for you to use. 


*Remember light colors respond best to black light. 


We will serve a light snack with your choice of wine or tea.
